Geocache Description:

In Sheppard's Bush Conservation Area not far off the main path. Cache is an ammo container that can hold large items.

Over half a century ago the 2799 Queen's York Rangers Army Cadets started training in Sheppard's bush. To this day you might see a Ranger running through the forest. This is why Sheppard's Bush is the perfect place for the 2799 Orienteering Team's first geocache hide. 8 cadets and 3 officers spent one hour finding our first cache as a team - Kyle's Cache, then placed our first hide nearby. There are many trails leading to this cache, a nice nature walk, easy pathways and even a fitness trail if you dare to challenge the exercise stations. You may want to spray yourself with bug repellant during the spring and summer as mosquitoes seem to be bad in the area.
