The city, people, and local businesses around Harrisonburg have worked hard over the past years to restore the Blacks Run watershed. A couple of parks have sprung up in the process and this small park caught our eye.
Please take the time to read the monuments and maybe help with the community garden. The park is only open during daylight hours.
During certain times of the year, muggle activity could make this cache very difficult. However on average I think 2.5 is a good rating.
Bring a pen to sign the log. Please don't log "Found It" if you could see it but did not retrieve the cache to sign the log. You don't have to log a "DNF". Instead leave a "Note" that you stopped by and will have to try a second time.
