Geocache Description:

The Snee Oosh beach access is a nice little park on Skagit Bay. There is a small boat ramp here. This is a good launch site for kayaks and canoes except at very low tides.
From this beach you can access many caches in Skagit and Similk bay.

On Snee Oosh Point just to the North is the former Hope Island Inn.

The island to the Northwest is Hope Island, part of Deception Pass State Park.

To the South are Deadman and Little Deadman Islands.

The bay is shallow here. Except there is a steep drop-off to a hole 40 fathoms deep Southeast of Hope Island. (1 Fathom is 6 feet)

The cache is a hidden in a classic Northwest beach log. No need to go in the sticker bushes.
