Geocache Description:

Small gently sloping hill which isn't such a horrible walk. Pretty views from the top even with the easy climb. Be aware of the presence of very long grass and a few spiky things scattered around.

The Sega Game Gear was released in 1990 and was equipped with a 32 colour backlit LCD screen. You could watch TV on it with the TV Tuner accessory and play Sega Master System games on it with an adapter. There were some truly quirky advertisements at the time from Sega demonstrating how the Sega Game Gear was superior to the Nintendo Game Boy.

If your Game Gear's sound or display isn't what it used to be these days, it's likely to be the fault of a capacitor getting old and needing replacing. If you are handy at all about opening things up and fixing them, the parts are really cheap and there are lots of really good guides on the internet for working out which capacitors you need and repairing this wonderful machine which makes it an achievable task.
