Update: 3rd July 23 Cache moved to a new location in the same area of the park- now hidden with a small wooded area just off the new footpath. You will come across a large rock on the LHS of the footpath after you climb the small hill (if approaching from the play ground side). The cache is hidden about 30m mtrs from that rock in a NW direction- (10 to 10 on clock face) .
Passage View could caustically be called Back Passage View due to the close proximity of the effluent treatment plant near by. This walk was fashioned out of the headland when the treatment plant was commissioned. There are wonderful views on Cork Harbour (1) towards the City and (2) the outer harbour of Fota, Cobh and Monkstown. If you approach from Clash Road there is a well laid out childrens playground and car park.
