BrokenTrowel: In the beginning, this parking lot was quiet and mostly used for trucker and commuter parking. Now it's being used as a staging area for shipping of wooden flats made in the nearby mill. Considering the heavy equipment that is driving around here daily, I'm inclined to archive this one in the name of cacher safety. Thanks for those who have hunted it!
