Geocache Description:

Ha-topia Anpachi is the life study center where a library, child building, an astronomical observatory, a planetarium, Historical Museum, a meeting room, the training room were added to.

There is "siawaseno izumi" in "Ha-topia Anpachi" that is a life study institution. "siawaseno izumi" is the source of the biotope where "hariyo" said not to inhabit only in pure water inhabits and the well where it is it. It is full of a large number of people come to to draw water every day recently.
I hid it in the neighborhood.

ハートピア安八は、図書館、児童館、天文台、プラネタリウム、歴史民俗資料館、会議室、研修室が併設された生涯学習センターです。
「ハートピア安八」には「しあわせの泉」があります。しあわせの泉は、きれいな水にしか生息しないといわれるハリヨが生息するビオトープの源泉となっている井戸です。最近は水を汲みに来られる大勢の人で毎日賑わっています。
私は、そこに隠しました。
