Geocache Description:

Come and visit Jabiru Reserve in Beautiful Lake Cathie. The reserve is named after the Black necked stork, known as the Jabiru.

They would have been found aplenty around here many years ago, before Lake Innes was opened to the sea. The Jabiru lives primarily in freshwater wetlands and is now considered extinct from most of it's original breeding grounds along the east coast. This is the fourth instalment of this cache here, so please re-hide well.

You need to sign your geocaching name in the logbook in the cache. If you don't, the online log will be deleted.
