This cache is in honour of my mum. A tree was dedicated to her volunteer work in 2001 - the International Year of the Volunteer.
There is a walkway that has been created to honour all those volunteers that help others in their day to day life. It is a shame that a lot of the plaques have been vandalised and/or removed. I was unable to find the plaque that was dedicated to my mum so instead my caching buddy and I placed this cache in her memory.
