To solve this mystery, you need to obtain two things: one of the
special trackable objects below, and the extra clue hidden on this
page. Combined, these will give you the correct coordinates, and
access to the cache when you get there. Key items:
When you have used an object, please place it into any other
cache in the Auckland area as soon as you can do so.
The cache is a 40x15x15cm (9 litre) metal box. It will be easier
to see with a torch. The special tool required is to extract the
coordinates from the trackable; smartphone owners will have an
advantage.
At initial deployment, the cache contained a large number of
swag items, including some special ones. Please remember to replace
anything you take with something of equal value. There are two
watertight boxes and a lot of spare space inside the metal box.
