Geocache Description:

We will hold the GC Barbecue party for the first time in the Nagoya area.
Party starts at 11:00 a.m. on 8, May (local time) to 15:00 end ??
Meeting point is in 50meters around these coordinates.
GC flag is intelligibly hung up over the position.
The organizer prepares the barbecue stove, the plate, and the glass etc...
You must take your garbage home.
After BBQ, let's search for caches around the park.

Event time: 8, May, 2011 (Sunday) 11:00-15:00
Event site: Tenpaku Park Tenpaku town, Tenpaku-ward, Nagoya-City (N35 06.996 E136 59.476)
Party Fee: 200Yen
Access: (public transportation) Please walk the Tenpaku Park from Nagoya Subway Tsurumai-line Hara Station. (About20 minutes)
City bus Main Route1, Hara route11, Hara Route12, Hara Route13 - Hirabari Minami Jyutaku - walk about 3 minutes
There are a few free parkings in the park. (The drink-driving prohibits it)

Please bring the following, when you participate.
* Some Foods and Drinks (Organizers prepare some food and drink. But bringing food and drink is highly appreciated)
* (If had) Travel Bugs / Geocoins (for exchange)
* Smile and Friendship

We describe information on holding or the cancellation to the cache log, before 7:00 the morning of that day. You must check taht information before leaving home.

Event: TB/GC exchange Please bring TB and/or GC, and out them into the box at the party. Get the new TB and/or GC.
Phillip and Dianne (@PrincessDiala) will join the guest from Australia.

名古屋エリアで初のGCバーベキューパーティーを行います。
2011年5月8日(日曜日)11:00-15:00で開催します。時間の間であれば途中からの参加もＯＫ！

パーティーは座標の場所から半径50mぐらいの場所です。（当日にならないと場所が確定しません）
ジオキャッシングのロゴの旗を目印に来てください。
バーべキューコンロやお皿、コップなどは主催者で用意します。
ゴミは基本的にお持ち帰りお願いします。
BBQのあとは公園周辺のキャッシュを捜索しましょう。

開催日時：2001年5月8日（日曜日）11:00-15:00ぐらいまで
会場：名古屋市天白区天白町　天白公園　(N35 06.996 E136 59.476)
参加費: 200円
アクセス:　名古屋市営地下鉄　鶴舞線　原駅から　徒歩20分ぐらい
　　　　　市バス幹線1号・原11号・原12号・原13号系統「平針南住宅」から　3分
車：数が少ないですが無料駐車場があります。（飲酒運転は遠慮ください）

下記のものを持参してください

*食べ物、飲み物(主催者でも若干準備しますが、持込を歓迎します)
*(お持ちの場合)トラベルバグ、ジオコイン(交換用)

決行/中止は当日の朝7:00までに、キャッシュページに記載します、自宅を出発する前にご確認お願いします。

イベント : TB/GC 交換交換用のトラベルバグ、ジオコインを持ってきて、会場に準備した箱に入れてください。その後皆さんで分けてお持ちください。
オーストラリアのGC'erフィリップさんとダイアンさん(PrincessDiala)がゲスト参加されます。
