Brandenburg Field/Carnie Smith Stadium is the home to the Pittsburg State University Football and Track and Field teams. Carnie Smith Stadium boasts the largest replay board, "The Jungletron", in Division II.
Affectionately referred to as “The Pitt” by Gorilla players and fans, Brandenburg Field/Carnie Smith Stadium provides one of the strongest home field advantages in college football.
The stadium is generally open to the public. You will need to enter the stadium itself. The gates on the NW corner are usually open for public access. If there is a sporting event or other school organized event it may be closed to the public. You will not be looking around anything that is electrical.
This will be a nano. Please be very careful of muggles and replace as found.
There is visitor parking or wait until after 4:30 or the weekend and you can park in any marked space. If you park in a marked spot before that prepare to pay the ticket.
