Route 143 has always been my family's way to drive to I-78 whenever we went on vacation. This road always reminds me of family trips, so I decided to place a few caches along the way. Enjoy the scenery along the way! It passes through the country side with some stops, such as Ontelaunee Park, the WK&S railroad, Hawk Mountain, and Leaser Lake. Be sure to check out the other caches along the way (GC2KR34, GC170V9, GCZ40N, GCWVP7, GCWVPC, GC1VKK7)
This cache is close to the entrance to I-78. You should exit I-78 at Lenhartsville to retrieve this cache. Cache is a Lid Lock container. Right now it holds a log and a pen, but is big enough to hold Travel Bugs, Geocoins, and small trade items.
