This cache was hidden during the college basketball tournament. Also, I was going a little mad after all of the snow dumped in CT during January and February. My first cache is a transparent lock and lock filled with swag and a prize for FTF. It's about 2 feet off the ground which I hope is enough for future winters.
Suggestions regarding this cache: Park at the Oak Grove Nature Center Follow the blue trail and cross the covered bridge. Take the stairs up.
The cache is NOT the ammo box. That was left behind by the Lutz Children's Museum at some point. You're just a few feet from this cache.
