Two Pairs of Boots placed this cache and graciously let me adopt it.

Here is their writeup:

We struggled to think of an appropriate place to put this, our first cache. The perfect place occurred to us, so here it lies. "Walking the Hill" is a common mental and physical break from work. Five minutes up the paved path, five minutes down, not too strenuous. We always say that it doesn't count unless you touch the fence at the top! Bicyclists, runners and walkers all can enjoy this cache. A hard-packed dirt path will take you to a side of the hill that not many people visit, with a nice view of Mount Woodson and Garden Road in Poway. Enjoy the view from the edge. You can park off of Danielson Street; the paved path starts from the northern corner of the parking lot.
