A code/cipher developed during a marathon Excel session.
You need to use logic, not maths!
I was looking at function descriptions when I came up with the idea for encoding co-ordinates in this way. (It isn't an Excel function so that probably won't help ).
The cache title should help..

The cache is not at the above coords, it can be found by solving the following.

NSEW°.0123456789

51,45,31,71,54,54,53,31,54,56, ~,41,43,43,43,71,43,43,53,44,46,56

Substitution may get you part way.
Although the title maths looks wrong, it is all correct and in base 10 !

I developed an alphabetic version but it is easily solved using substitution when given a long enough message. See my Pteranodons Cipher Log Entry for the Change @ Baker Street Event.
