Albany has seen many new housing developments in the last few years.

Leanda Estate sits high on the hill on Lower King Road with views overlooking King George Sound. Hopefully it will be some years before this natural bushland is cleared for the next stages of the Leanda Estate.

Absolutely no bush bashing required. Please replace the cache as found.
