Checking on cache today.
Braving the vegetation we did find it but contents were all wet.
In view of very few people finding this cache, only 3 logs in 2022 and none this year so far, and the fact it is quite overgrown here now we will archive this one.
Cache container taken away.

Geocache Description:

Access to this cache is along a slightly uneven bridleway path, which can be accessed from several directions. Unfortunately this cache is not accessible for wheelchair users due to the uneven terrain.

The cache is a small camouflaged cylinder plastic container, with 'Geocache' written on it When placed, cache contained log sheet with geocaching info sheet & pen, FTF certificate, & a couple of small swaps. Cache can be a quick cache & dash, or you can continue further down the Bridleway or through the fields & explore the lovely St Helens Woods. The Bridleway runs from Hillside Road at the top end, & joins up again with Hillside Road at the bottom. With various footpaths along it leading off to surrounding roads. There is on road parking both ends of the Bridleway or half way down in Park Avenue. Although occasionally used by horses these days it is well used by walkers. Please look out for dog walkers - they have a habit of sneaking up on you here as they walk silently. Please use stealth, & replace cache well hidden. *Cache is near a fence, which has some barbed wire at the top of it, so please be careful, especially if caching at night....* The Bridleway Path is in some places quite uneven, and can get rather muddy in places in wet weather... ** AS PER GEOCACHING RULES YOU CAN ONLY CLAIM A FIND IF YOU SIGN THE LOG SHEET **
