From the makers of Quick Down the Rabbit Hole, and with the kind permission of Bournemouth Borough Council and Friends of Hengistbury Head, comes a celebration of the birth of our first child Alice, and a much needed addition to the beautiful Hengistbury Head nature reserve. This Cache will enhance an incredible elevated view of Christchurch and Mudeford Harbour. On a good day you will also be able to see Bournemouth to the West and The Isle of Wight to the East. Enjoy.
This is a steep hilltop climb that will get the pulse rate going. There are benches on the short trek up the tarmaced path but the steepness of the path and three steps half way up the west slope make it impossible for wheelchair users. The longer shallower North slope accessed from the land train path is more manageable for wheel chairs users but they will need help up the slope but it will be it worth it!
