Geocache Description:

This geocache requires a short hike on a trail near Wilber Lake, many people refer to this area as THE RESERVOIR. I first found this spot in September of 2010, when I was hiking with a friend. I returned on March 3, 2011 with Luckless, and hid the geocache. The structure had deteriorated somewhat from September to March.

I haven't returned since then, but geocachers have reported that the structure was dismantled. I never found out any information about what it was.

There are two mysteries here: what it was, and why it was destroyed. You can see what it looked like by checking the pictures in the gallery.

The geocache is a small pill bottle partially covered in camo tape.

There is a log inside, and a few small items,.
You will need to bring your own pen or pencil.

I think this geocache is winter accessible, but depending on the amount of snow, there might be times when it is not. I think it will be pretty wet and messy at the end of winter and beginning of spring. As one geocacher remarked, this cache will be a lot more fun in good (and dry) weather.

CONGRATULATIONS to Team-Ducky, Fully Bare and Tundra Wolf for being first to find, and thank you all for the funny stories of that nights adventure!

P.S. Don't wear clogs to look for this cache in winter!
