Geocache Description:

A long-tailed bird of the chaparral, the California Thrasher is found only in California and Baja California.

I'm not saying we saw one here but while The Lost Clan and I were placing the cache and waiting for the coordinates to settle, we heard a bird singing and I think it may have been a Thrasher. I've seen and heard them a few times recently.

I have not been up here since I found the original Twin Peaks Loop Trail Cache back in October 2001!

Out doing a wonderful circuit of Twin Peaks with The Lost Clan this morning even though TLC only needs 2 of the caches up here and I need them all!! So If I place one here, she will have a third one to log.

We had quite an adventure and saw two very different snakes while scrambling among the rocks. So take care.

I was going to call this Lost Thirsty Ladies on Twin Peaks but we were not really lost, we just went along a different and very steep trail from the 'plan'.
