You're looking for a bison tube...I would give you more but I want the difficulty level of three and a half stars to give you a challenge. If you're a seasoned geocacher, this one may be easier to locate because you've probably found one like this before...maybe tougher on the newbies to geocaching...so good luck...and please place it back the way you found it.
Use some stealth in this parking lot....there might be lots of eyes watching you from cars (windows), shops (windows), apartments (windows), etc....not sure if there are any security cameras in this parking lot.....Happy Caching!
