The Wicomico Geocache Dash is a virtual trail that takes cachers to 22
sites located throughout Wicomico County.
The locations feature Wicomico's "Hidden Treasures" - parks, museums,
historical buildings, and waterways.
The Wicomico Geocache Dash is a Challenge trail and works
on a Passport system.
There are no alternate requirements to finding and logging this cache!
However, if you would like to complete the Challenge and be eligible for the
limited edition commemorative coin,
you must -
record the Code Word on your Passport, sign the logbook,
and take a picture of yourself with the container,
log your find online, and attach your picture to your log.

Wicomico County, one of
"America's 100 Best Communities for Young People",
is on Maryland's beautiful Eastern Shore and is less than a
three hour drive from Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and Norfolk.
Wicomico's County Seat, Salisbury, dates back to 1732.
The area is rich in colonial and post-revolutionary American history.

agriculture reigns as Wicomico County's main industry
in the state's top agricultural county.
Wicomico is a destination point for visitors by the traffic at
the Welcome Center which is one of the busiest in Maryland.
At the Welcome Center visitors will find a friendly
tourism counselor who can help them with their travel plans.
The welcome center also offers -
Local Business and Attractions Information, Vending Concessions,
Maryland Souvenirs, Area Maps, Discounted Attraction Tickets,
and an Outside Picnic and Playground Area.
