This island which is located in front of my grandad's camp was named after my dad and it is known affectionately as "Gordie's Island". There is a hilarious story as to why it is named after my dad which I will gladly re-tell in person, lol. I will probably chase this one down in the spring on a fishing trip.
A nice walk along a trail that runs up from the end of the lake.
Trail can be wet and muddy at times so you may want to wear boots
This one is on the Island and I don't mean PEI. It was 1/2 K from the Cottage and a cold swim. There is a FTF prize of 5 Dollars.
I was out with the 4frenchfrys caching and decided to drop more caches along the trail. We walked it and measured it to be around a 10 K round trip. It took us around 4 hours, but can be done in less time if you can drive it.
Placed for the Winter Caching Placement Challenge
