Run to School Again Traditional Cache

Run to School is back again in a new location and container. We walk pass this location on the way to school, depending on the route we take. If it's been raining then this is the route.
The cache is a long plastic tube containing a small log and pencil and the kind of small things that are often found in boys school trouser pockets.
The location has really easy access and, with a bit of contortion, could be reached without getting out of the car.
Some geocachers having difficulty finding this easy cache. If the cache is under the obvious place then you wouldn't be able to get it from within the car. (Big hint there).
