Located in Apedale Country Park, not far from the new visitor centre with its two wind turbines. Most of this area is now landscaped and planted to hide the devastation caused by coal extraction.
This is a first hide for me, and is one of several in the Silverdale and Apedale landscaped country parks starting with the name Silver Ape.
Can be a bit boggy near the cache if its rained a lot.
