Acro Lodato Traditional Cache

A small cache hidden in one of my favorite places to hike.

You cannot access this from Southwood Road, but have to hike up the Lodato loop trail to the little water district access road off the top of the trail.

Lodato, Scotts Valley's best kept secret.

This is a great trail for an after work hike, up and up through the redwood forest and then down and down on the way back.

Lodato is always changing, flowers and trees, lichen and fungi, slugs and spiders - a terrific place to get away from it all.
