Nothing fancy... If you're a skirt lifter this one should be quick and easy.
Its hard to do a variation on the venerable lamp skirt cache. And you hate to drag yourself down to hiding those things. But hey, you have a friend that's taking a run at one of those 100 caches in 100 days things, and you do what you have to do.
Anyway, this one is painted Fire Engine Red, so once you have it in hand you'll know you've found it.
