Tako kot vsako leto se na Ministrstvu za caranje odlocajo o mestu letnega Carovniškega kongresa. Izbrati morajo cudovit, magicen kraj, ki je naseljen s cim manj bunkeljni. Vsak carovnik je imel svoj predlog vendar nikakor niso prišli do skupne odlocitve. Vse dokler ni mladi carovnik po imenu Yanezz dejal:" Naj bo letos v Sloveniji.". Vsi v sobi so utihnili in minister za caranje je dejal: "Tristo zmajevih mladicev. Kje je ta Slovenija?". Nihce še ni slišal za Slovenijo in Yanezz jim je moral opisati vse o tej lepi deželi. Po nekaj urnem obcudovanju so se vsi strinjali... Letni Carovniški kongres bo letos v Sloveniji, v malem mestecu Brestanica. Da bi prišli na tocno lokacijo bodo gostje morali pripraviti dva carobna napoja sestavljena iz 7 skrivnih sestavin.
Tukaj so navodila, ki so jih dobili na vabilih:
Carobni napoj 1:
Vzemi 0.6g druge sestavine in jo daj v kotel. Zmešaj 1 žlicko šeste sestavine z 1.2g prve sestavine in pocasi dodajaj v kotel. Na koncu previdno primešaj še 44g tretje sestavine. Pusti, da se ohladi.
Carobni napoj 2:
Vlij 0.75l sedme sestavine v stekleni vrc. Dodaj 4 žlicke pete sestavine. Zmešaj 8 kapljic cetrte sestavine z 8g prve sestavine in 0.25g tretje sestavine. Dodaj v vrc in pocakaj, da neha spreminjati barvo.
Oba carobna napoja zmešaj in se pripravi na udejanjenje v Brestanici.

Each year the Ministry of Magic must decide for the place of the annual Wizards convention. The place has to be beautiful and magical, but still not to crowded with muggles. Each wizard had its own idea and the time has passed quickly. Until a little wizard named Yanezz said: "Let it be in Slovenia." Everybody in the room silenced, and the main wizard asked: "Where the dragons eye is that?". Nobody ever heard of the place called Slovenia and poor Yanezz had to explain them where this country is located and how it looks like. After a few hours of astonishment the decision was made... The annual convention is to be held in Slovenia in a little town called Brestanica. To get to the exact location each guest should prepare two potions consisting of 7 secret ingredients.
Here are the instructions on their invitations:
Potion 1:
Take 0.6g of the second ingredient and put it in a large bowl. Mix 1 spoon of the sixth ingredient together with 1.2g of the first ingredient and slowly add to the bowl. To finish this potion carefully add 44g of the third ingredient. Put aside to rest for a few minutes.
Potion 2:
Pour 0.75 l of the seventh ingredient to a glass flask. Add 4 spoons of the fifth ingredient. Mix 8 drops of the fourth ingredient together with 8g of the first ingredient and 0.25g of the third ingredient. Add to the flask and watch it change colors.
Once both potions are done mix them together and hold yourself tight as you will apperate in Brestanica.
