Not another one... You will need to use your super stealth mode. Located right next to a road that is highly traveled by muggles. You should be able to use your geovehicle to block some muggles from eye balling you while you make the search but watch out for the ones that drive by. Big trucks, vans, busses, and RV's should work best. Mornings and afternoons traffic is heavy on the week days in this area.
When you DO find the cache PLEASE PUT IT BACK WHERE YOU FOUND IT so the next cacher comes looking for it will have the same amount of fun that you've had.
