Winfield
City Lake requires a $4.00 dollar recreation permit to visit the
grounds. You can obtain permits at the Lake Office, now located at
the Marina. Please take a moment to visit the website and read the
rules and regulations. The park rangers are very nice and aware of
the Geocaches at the lake. Please display your permit at all
times.

Rock Creek
This Geocache is located on the south side of Timber
Creek, also known as Winfield Lake. There is a small creek here
that passes under the road and flows down into the lake. Over time,
it has managed to carve it's way through the soil and down through
the rock layers creating some interesting terrain. You are looking
for a 30 Cal ammo can hidden along the rocky bank of the creek. It
is a short hike from the road, so please be stealthy, watch your
footing, and be careful. Please replace the cache with respect to
