El toro de la UPV

En la época del ministro Josep Borrell se promulgó una ley en la que se prohibía la publicidad junto a autovías y carreteras, excepto los toros de Osborne, que se consideraron casi un bien de interés cultural. En esa época, el Rector Justo Nieto pidió a Osborne que le cedieran uno de los toros como si fuera (de hecho, así está expuesto en el Campus Escultórico de la UPV) una obra de arte. Osborne se lo cedió y… hasta hoy.

Es un contenedor micro (magnético). Sólo contiene hoja de registro. Deberás llevar tu propio lápiz/bolígrafo para registrarlo.

OJO ! El domingo la UPV permanece cerrada y solo se puede acceder con la acreditación correspondiente (carnet de pertenencia a la comunidad universitaria).

Se enviará Certificado FTF al primero que lo encuentre.

Las fotos junto al toro, son bienvenidas !!

Extremad las precauciones al retirarlo y volverlo a colocar (depende de la epoca del año, hay mucha afluencia de muggles). El toro está totalmente expuesto en todo su alrededor y habrá que disimular convenientemente.

The UPV Osborne Bull

At the time the minister Josep Borrell was enacted a law banning advertising along highways and roads, except the Osborne bull, which was considered almost a cultural interest. At that time, the Rector Justo Nieto asked the Osborne company to surrender one of the bulls like (in fact, it is shown in the Sculpture Campus UPV) a piece of art. Osborne transferred it ... until today.
