Geocache Description:

GNAW ON THIS !

Busy beavers were once active along this particular shoreline, and indeed other colonies continue to gnaw Black Hill hardwoods to cover and protect their furry families. Current gnaw-lings in this area appear old and worn – no freshly stripped bark, no beavers barking “Tim-berrrrrr,” and no freshly harvested timber. The lodge may have swam away to a new spot, but rumor has it they emigrated to a pristine, unsullied fresh ‘earth’ domocile deep within the solar system.

The truth of the matter is this: I asked the colony to do a beta-search on this micro. I didn’t even wipe the container clean with sanitizing gel to remove the oils and aromas of my essence. Repeated searches by this colony failed to turn up the tiny gem. They banished themselves in ignominious shame. They will arrive in Oregon territory year after next. Heh!

The cache you seek is a cross between a nano and nano-etta. It contains a logsheet and a fountain pen designed by a flea. I wouldn’t bother trying to find the pen. The cache is not buried. Tearin’ stuff up ain’t necessary. This cache is just as exposed to the elements as YOU, the unfortunate seeker.
