Snake Den - Python Multi-Cache

To find the stages of this multi-cache will require a hike that will explore the southern part of Snake Den State Park that connects with the north side of the park. It would be beneficial to use hiking boots and a hiking staff to cross over the small streams and uneven terrain.
Parking is available in the designated spaces behind the Johnston Fire Station.
After stage one be sure to look for and then follow the orange blaze trail that has paint blazes and flagging on the trees which will take you to the other stages.
It may be helpful to activate the tracks on your GPSr.
If you are considering searching for the other multi-cache, Snake Den - Viper, then you may want to look for that one first.
The Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management regulations under Part XIV 14.5.7 - All other users of State Management areas and undeveloped State Parks, including but not limited to hikers, bikers, and horseback riders, are required to wear two hundred (200)square inches of solid daylight fluorescent orange from the third Saturday in October to the last day of February, and the last Thursday in April to the last day in May, annually.
