While I feel that Geocaching.com should hold the location for the cache owner and block other cachers from placing a cache in the area around this cache for a reasonable amount of time, we can’t do so forever.

Nothing seems to happen with this cache listing, so it is now archived, so that someone else can place a cache in the area, and geocachers can once again enjoy visiting this location. Also, if it hasn’t been done already, please pick up any remaining cache bits as soon as possible.

Felehovet nord på Gautefall.

Da veien ble bygd over heia i 1964, skjedde det en kraftig oppblomstring av hyttebygging. Felehovet Nord var ett av de første feltene som ble bygd ut, og det er i dag 64 hytter i feltet. Hyttefeltet ligger i Nissedal kommune rett ved grensen til Drangedal og på nordsiden av riksveien.
Vi har to parkeringsplasser; en ved Øvre Feletjønn og en syd for Rosstjønn.
Felehovet Nord har arrangert påskeskirenn for hyttefolket i mange år og har også årsmøte på Gautefall hotell i påsken.

Plasseringen kan virke noe privat, men dette er min første utlagte cach så da var hytta mi ett naturlig valg. Og er vi på hytta er det alltid hyggelig med en prat….

Felehovet Nord at Gautefall

In 1964, when the road was build between Drangedal and Nissedal, a wide expansion of cabin building was established. Felehovet Nord was among the first open fields where the buildings took place, and today there are 64 cabins in this area. The cabin district is located in Nissedal right by the border of Drangedal, and on the northern side of the highway. We have two parkinglots; one by Øvre Feletjønn and one south of Rosstjønn.
For many years Felehovet Nord has arranged a cross-country ski race on Easter Day for the cabin owners.
