Challenge Requirements:
Find at least one cache on each day of the year, excluding THIS cache.
You do not need to do the caches on 365 consecutive days in a single year. For example, finding a cache on Jan 1, 2010, and another on Jan 2, 2011, would count as 2 separate dates. However, if you find a cache on Jan 1, 2010, and another on Jan 1, 2011, that would only count as one date on the calendar (Jan 1).
Leap Day (February 29th) is NOT required, but if you find a cache on that day, and the base challenge has been completed, then you may log a bonus find on this cache as well! Just be sure to mention it is the log for the "Leap Day Bonus".
All cache finds on all cache types which are counted in the geocaching.com user profile statistics calendar grid (labeled as "Finds for Each Day of the Year") count, regardless of when the find occurred. In other words, all smileys count!
Challenge Verification:
When you log a find on this final cache, the calendar grid (again, labeled as "Finds for Each Day of the Year") on the statistics tab on your geocaching.com profile will be checked for completeness.
Alternatively, especially if you prefer keeping your stats private, you can include a screen grab of your grid in your find log or you can arrange to email it to me. No calendar grids from other stat generation tools will be accepted.
If you have profile stats disabled, then you will have to enable stats long enough to get the screen grab, but they will not have to be left enabled for me to see them for myself.
If completion of the challenge cannot be verified by one of these means within one (1) week of the find log posting, then the find log will be removed.
NOTE:
The listed difficulty rating reflects the need to complete the calendar. The difficulty of the challenge cache final is a 1.5 - 2.
The terrain rating and attributes are for THIS cache placement.
