Geocache Description:

When I first went under 89A to get to this new section of trail, I thought there must have been two huge Graboids that raced each other under 89A to create the two large tunnels. So I decided to name my new caches on this new trail in honor of the creature that made Burt Gummer famous. The Graboids had to have tremendous power to carve their way under 89A! This series of caches is designed to get you out and about for some exercise with a purpose on the new north trail. These should all be easy finds. The hardest part will be getting into the car and driving to the trailhead. The trail currently ends at GPT #3. Do not climb over or past the concertina wire at the trestle bridge. If you fall off the bridge you will die! The concertina wire is razor sharp and the bridge is dangerous so STAY AWAY! Cache is a log only so bring your own writing tool. You can park at the new trailhead parking lot near N 34° 38.203 W 112° 24.259 and hike from there. It's my understanding Prescott is now charging for parking in the lot. Progress. Please let me know if there are any problems with the cache. If there is a problem like a wet or full log and you have a spare, please be kind and replace it for me and save me a trip. Gas today was $3.49 at Robert’s. When the trail opens past the bridge, please let me know so I can edit this cache page.
