Tower of Power Traditional Cache

THIS MAY BE MORE THAN JUST A PARK AND GRAB.
It's getting difficult to find anyplace in the downtown Coos Bay area to hide a cache. Especially when the few available areas are very open to public viewing, and offer few places to conceal a container. And then, to complicate things more, I have this personal goal (okay, some call it a fetish) to make my cache styles unique.
Hence, my dilemma, as I attempted to place a cache near this longstanding Bay Area auto business. But I always love a good double entendre.
Finding this cache may not be that hard, but looking for it in such an open location will offer some challenges. Please be aware of muggles on the road, on the sidewalk, and in the windows. For this reason, you may want to attempt this cache in the evenings or on Sundays. Some have found that their coords place them in the road, but the cache. Some look for the cache on the building, often near the power supply. Actually the cache lies between the two, on a small "tower" of sorts, with a different kind of "power". Have fun looking!
And please replace the cache CAREFULLY and COMPLETELY so that the next person can experience the same adventure. Have fun!
