This is a multi-cache taking in seven different locations around the historic market town of Chester-le-Street In County Durham.
It follows the "Chester-le-Street Heritage Trail" which is a marked walking route around the town which takes in seven different information boards at sites of interest. At at each information board you need to collect a piece of information which you can then use to determine the final location of the cache.
Around the route you will notice Gold and Silver coins embedded in the pavement. Gold means you need to turn left or right. Silver means straight on. Although you can tackle the route in any order, or even do it all by car, it's recommended you follow the walking route suggested on the information boards.
The first information board is at the posted coordinates and is outside the Durham council offices. Pay and Display parking is available behind the Civic Centre.
At each board you need to get a single digit number which is marked by a question mark in the clue, this when put together at the end will give you the cache location.
