The youngest McCowski brother is 7 years old and his name just happens to be Dexter (see image). So when we headed out to Sunland one beautiful day, we decided to place a cache in his honor. We all scrambled up the hill as far as we could and left a 4x6 plastic container in a sweet spot overlooking Dexter's park. Dexter is proud to be the first of the McCowski clan to have a namesake cache and he hopes you enjoy it!
We have provided an additional waypoint (N 34° 17.683 W 118° 22.488 ) you can use to start hiking this unmarked hillcrest. The hike is only about 300 ft in distance but 100 ft. in elevation with very minimal bushwacking (c'mon a 7 year old placed the cache!)
