Geocache Description:

Ideal for a cache and grab, with a car park just up the road.

Cache is close to a new road (the original road runs past Silver Ape - Oak Owl). There used to be an open cast coal mine here some years ago.

This area is now an large country park with a network of paths and tracks, and is managed to encourages wild life.

A tupperware type box with log, pencil and swaps.

Just down the road is a new visitors centre. Its two wind turbines are a bit of a landmark.
