Geocache Description:

A family friendly cache to acknowledge and emphasize the placement of American flags in our community. BYOP and please write small. Congratulations to Steve & Renee (who else?) for the FTF!

This is not a series but rather a theme of caches placed near or within view of well maintained American flags. The rules of Geocaching may prohibit placment of a cache near some prominent flags (ie close proximity to other caches, etc) but we hope to keep this theme growing. Also, conditions may result in the flag not being on display while you are searching but don't let that deter you. It is our hope that this series might stimulate some conversation about what the flag means to each of us. This one is an easy cache but the difficulty has been raised slightly due to muggle factor.
