Geocache Description:

A short walk through Melville Reserve, leading to GZ, a little known entrance to Belair National Park, used by the locals.

If you park by the Tennis Courts on Upper Sturt Road, a short 100m walk will get you to GZ.

I wanted to hide something larger than a micro here, but after realising there is phytophthora nearby I chose to be a responsible geocacher and hide the cache right on the path - you'll understand when you get to GZ.

You can get to GZ via the National Park only if it is dry weather, obey the signs - you need to stick to the path to help prevent the spread of root rot. In wet conditions do not come in from the National Park at all, and come in from the South from Upper Sturt Road.

Interesting fact: Phytophthora was the cause of the Great Irish Potato Famine in 1845-1849.
