Atomic cloud over Hiroshima

Hibakusha (english description below)

Dieser Cache wurde ursprünglich im Gedenken an die Opfer der Atombomben Abwürfe in Hiroshima und Nagasaki erstellt.

18.03.2011: Unsere Gedanken und unser Mitgefühl gilt den Betroffenen des Erdbebens und dessen Auswirkungen in Japan.
Dieser Cache wurde VOR dem Unglück in Japan geplant und gefertigt. Ich habe mich trotzdem dazu entschlossen ihn in dieser Situation zu aktivieren, um alle an unsere Verantwortung für unsere Kinder und Umwelt zu erinnern.

Dieser Multi hat insgesamt 4 Stationen: Die Anfangskoordinaten, Stage 1, Stage 2 und den Final. Er kann mit Kindern zu Fuß in ca 30 Minuten erledigt werden. Die Terrain Wertung bezieht sich NUR auf den Final, d.h. der gesamte Weg kann sehr gut mit dem Kinderwagen etc. erledigt werden. Alle Fragen können so beantwortet werden und ihr braucht kein Internet Zugang o.ä. auf der Tour.

Start:
Bei den Startkoordinaten findet ihr auf der Rückseite eines großen Gegenstandes ein Symbol.

Wovor warnt dieses Symbol ?

X=1) vor giftigen Stoffen
X=2) vor feuergefährlichen Stoffen
X=3) vor ionisierender Strahlung
X=4) vor nicht-ionisierender elektromagnetischer Strahlung

Stage 1:
Bei Stage 1 sucht ihr ein Symbol der Anti Atom Bewegung. Dieses befindet sich an prominenter Stelle an einem Fenster in einem Haus im Hanne-Mertens-Weg. Das Symbol ist von der Straße gut einsehbar und ca 1m groß. Privatgrund muß NICHT betreten werden!

Um welches Symbol handelt es sich?`

Y=1) Anti-Atom Sonne
Y=2) Pace Symbol
Y=3) Republik Freies Wendland
Y=4) gelbes X

Stage 2:
Dann findet ihr Stage 2 bei N 53°38.(X*Y-Y)Y(3*X) E 009° 57.X(Y-X)0

Dort findet ihr einen wichtigen Gegenstand ohne den ihr den Final nicht erreichen könnt. Bitte diesen nach Gebrauch wieder genauso zurücklegen! Danke.

Nun noch folgende Frage beantworten und der Final ist euer: Was bezeichnet bzw bedeutet das Wort Hibakusha?

Z=1) Explosionsopfer

Final:
Der Final liegt bei N 53° 38.(2*Z+8-Z*2)Y(Y-2) E 009° 57.X(2*X)(Z+Y+1-Z)

Die Terrain Wertung wird euch beim Final klar werden :-)

Im Final gibt einen Bereich mit Tauschgegenständen und einen mit Informationen zum Thema des Caches die gerne so mitgenommen werden können.

Für die Erstfinder habe ich jeweils für den FTF, STF und TTF ein Buch spendiert. Dies ist für Erwachsene sowie Jugendlich ab 12 Jahren geeignet. Bitte verschenkt dies sonst an Freunde oder Bekannte, wenn ihr es schon kennt oder nicht interessiert seid. Danke.

Ebenfalls startet hier der Travelbug Buzz Lightyear meines Kleinen der auf große Reise nach Spanien und Amerika gehen möchte!


Generelles:
Den Cache habe ich als kinderfreundlich eingestuft. Dies resultiert aus der leichten Zugänglichkeit der Stationen für Kinder. Inwieweit das Thema des Caches kindgerecht angesprochen/beantwortet werden sollte, überlasse ich jedem selbst.

Ich habe weiterhin den Cache als "NICHT zugänglich per Rollstuhl" markiert (Allerdings sind alle Stationen bis auf den Final m.E. per Rollstuhl erreichbar). Der Startpunkt ist mit dem Auto (Parkbuchten siehe Waypoint), dem Fahrrad, zu Fuß oder über öffentliche Verkehrsmittel erreichbar (z.B. U2 Niendorf-Nord).

Wie immer gilt:
- alle Stationen befinden sich auf öffentlichem, frei zugänglichen Gelände (bis auf Stage 1, die aber NICHT betreten werden muß)
- es müssen keine Zäune oder andere Absperrungen überquert werden
- am Final ist zwingend der Gegenstand aus Stage 2 notwendig!
- bitte Rücksicht auf die Umgebung nehmen

This Cache was created in the memory of the surving victims of the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

18.03.2011: Our thoughts and feelings are with the people in Japan who are affected by the earthquake, Tsunami and related nuclear havoc.
This Cache was planned and build before the recent catastrophe in Japan. Nevertheless i decided to publish this cache at this time to remind us all of our responsibility for our children and our environment.

This Multi has 4 stations: the start coordinates, Stage 1, Stage 2 and the Final. It can be solved with kids by feet in about 30 Minutes. The terrain rating is for the final only. The whole tour can be done with a stroller. All questions can be answered without using any additional help like wireless internet access.

Start:
At the start coordinates you will find a symbol on a back of a big object.

What is this symbol warning us about?

X=1) About toxic waste
X=2) About flammable materials
X=3) about ionising radiation
X=4) about non ionising electro magnetic radiation

Stage 1:
At Stage 1 you are searching for a symbol of the Anti Atom movement. This can be seen clearly from the street, placed at a window in the Hanne-Mertens-Weg lane. Its about 1m long and you dont have to enter any privat property to see it.

Stage 2:

In the cache there are two separated parts. One for swapping items and one with background information which you can take home of course.

For the first to finds i have placed a book each (FTF, STF and TTF). This is for adults or grown-ups from 12 years age on recommended. Please give it away to friends or relatives if you knew it already or you are not interested in the book. Tnx.

This cache is also the starting point for this Travelbug Travelbug Buzz Lightyear from my little one which wants to go to Spain and America. We wish it a safe trip: To infinity and beyond!


Misc:
I have marked this cache as kids friendly, this is the result of the easy access to each station. I leave it up to you to tell your kids about the background of this cache.

I also marked the cache as not accessible for disabled persons. Nevertheless are all stations - except the final - reachable from a wheelchair. You can get to the starting point by car (parking lots see waypoints) by bicycle, per pedes or by public transport (e.g. U2 Niendorf-Nord).

Wie immer gilt:
