Geocache Description:

A Regular Clip lock box placed alongside the impressive avenue leading from Studley Roger to St Marys church.
Pleas do not try to "Cache and dash" here. No roadside parking is allowed.

I hope you all enjoy this set of caches.
I would like to thank the National Trust for granting me permission for the placments.
A couple of which have been in place since July 2008..!! (have even had to replace a damp blank log

book) ;*)

historic buildings to discover spanning 800 years of history and acre after acre of open space.

Situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty in the valley of the river Skell, on the doorstep of the

Yorkshire Dales, only 30 miles from the historic city of York and 9 miles from the A1.

Relax, play, learn, wander, watch or join in, whatever kind of day you choose it will be unforgettable."

Members of the National trust get free entry to the enclosed Abbey ruins and Water garden, also to free

parking within the park.
Parking at the well provisioned Visitor centre is free to all. Gift, information and toilet facilities are

provided.
Public transport runs a limited bus service to the site from Ripon.

Please be aware that there is no parking on the approach road to the Visitor centre.
Also no roadside parking within the estate.

Please remember that this is a Deer Park. Dogs are welcome if on a lead.
