Geocache Description:

Best roadside parking at N54 06.383 W001 35.095 Use the gate at the waypoint and follow path till past small wood then turn down hill. As you aproach down little valley stream and hedge to left Bush and cache to right. Your not here for the cache.. Just the view. Do not attempt from the paid for abbey grounds.

Members of the National trust get free entry to the enclosed Abbey ruins and Water garden, also to free parking within the park. Parking at the well provisioned Visitor centre is free to all. Gift, information and toilet facilities are provided. Public transport runs a limited bus service to the site from Ripon. Main Visitor Parking (Free). The Coords for the enterance to the Lakeside parking (Payable parking £3 for non NT members) . Toilets available. Through Studley Roger Hamlet N54 07.511 W001 33.406 (Some smale roadside parking here) To the Lakeside Parking at. N54 07.055 W001 34.547 Some Roadside free parking at N54 06.383 W001 35.095 Please be aware that there is no parking on the approach road to the Visitor centre. Also no roadside parking within the estate. Please remember that this is a Deer Park. Dogs are welcome if on a lead.
