DanielJasonPayne: After the last comment, I went to the park and checked the geocache. It was there. Although I did go back a few days later and found the cache gone. I am going to call this one as muggled. I may place another cache in this park eventually, I am not going to put it in the same location as that has been compromised.

Geocache Description:

This is a small park in Manassas City. There's a playground, tennis courts & a basketball court. Parking is available at the Jahova's Witness church place next door. I confirmed that with them before parking there myself.

Cache is a 35mm film canister w/ a log book. You will need to bring your own pen. It is not handicapped accessable. (But who am I to judge?)

This area has a very high risk of muggles as it is a community park next to a church.
