This is magnetic key box located just off a side street/back alley in Quincy. Parking is a few feet away. You might want to take the cache to your vehicle to sign it because this is a muggle zone a lingering may attract attention.
Area is paved and easily walkable, and the cache is just below waist height. Your "geo-senses" should lead you right to it.
