You're looking for something hidden right by a subdivision entrance.
This is the 1st in a series hidden behind, beyond, before, or even beside (but never beneath) subdivision entry signs, e.g., BEhind a SubDIvision Entry Sign can kinda be represented as BESIDES. In New England, we don't have subdivisions but housing developments (and they're not named). I've played with the names a bit. These are meant to be 'benign', i.e., not evil.
