The world 200 mio. years ago - Trias
Vor ca. 4,6 Mio. Jahren entstand die Erde. Eine Epoche ist der Trias (griech. Dreiheit). Der Name resultiert aus der Unterteilung der Germanischen Trias in drei Gesteinsabfolgen: Buntsandstein, Muschelkalk und Keuper.
The age of earth is approx. 4.6 mio. years. One era is the Trias (grecian for Trinity). The name results on the division of Germanic Trias to the chronology of early triassic, shelly limestone and Keuper.

Im "Weissen Steinbruch" hat man einen einzigartigen Einblick in die Geologie des Keuperberglandes. Dieses Zeitfenster reicht von der Trias-Zeit (vor ca. 220 Mio. Jahren) bis in die Gegenwart.
In this stone pit you got a unique insight on the geology of the area of Keuperbergland. This timeslot / era last from over 220 mio. years till today.
